Mathew Welch
Mathew Welch has over 25 years of senior executive experience in financial markets in Asia, with a strong track record in building and leading various financial services businesses throughout the region. Welch now focuses on (1) Asian Financial Services Executive Search at Global Sage Singapore (2) Fintech Venture investing and (3) Various board directorships, including at SeABank, a leading consumer and SME bank in Vietnam, at Boustead Wavefront, a Venture-focused boutique investment firm which brings Asian startups to NASDAQ, and at Asia Dorset Management Pte Ltd an advisory firm. Previously Welch held various senior Asian regional roles including Managing Director & Global Head of Banks at Standard Chartered, Head of Financial Institutions (Asia) at Standard Chartered and at ING, MD Investments at Temasek Holdings and was also an Associate Principal at McKinsey.
Richard Hartung
Richard Hartung has over 20 years of experience in the payments & consumer financial services industry. He has held senior roles for financial institutions including Citibank, Mastercard International, and OCBC Cards. Mr Hartung holds position as consultant in the areas of retail banking, cards and payment products to financial institutions, service providers, and software companies throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Sandeep Sethi
Sandeep is a Hong Kong based banking professional turned consultant with over three decades of experience in the financial services industry. He is MD of Sustainable Solutions (SS) Consulting Limited, a consultancy specialising in sustainable solutions for financial services firms, fintechs and corporates.
In the past, Sandeep has held leadership roles across corporate banking, cash management and transaction banking operations, across Hong Kong and India, in a top global bank where he worked for over 27 years. He also serves as the Board Member at the Fintech Association of Hong Kong where he was earlier the co-chair of the GreenTech and ESG Committee. Sandeep is a frequent speaker at business forums across APAC.
