The Asian Banker is holding the Korea Country Awards for Retail Financial Services for the first time this year in conjunction with the Excellence in Retail Financial Services Awards 2013 which is being held in Seoul, South Korea.

We wish to recognize Korean banks for the initiatives they have been taking in the various products and services offered to customers in the retail banking segment. For these awards, Korean regional/ local banks were compared on a national scale.

The programme is based on transparent scorecards that have been developed over the years that subscribers to our Retail Banking Working Group will be familiar with.

The winners will be recognized during the annual Excellence in Retail Financial Services awards ceremony 2013 being held in the Westin, Chosun, Seoul on the March 21st 2013.
