The Asia Pacific Heads of Retail Financial Services Annual Meeting
The Asia Pacific Heads of Retail Financial Services Annual Meeting is an annual forum that brings together senior level executives in the retail financial services industry from around the region to share valuable lessons and develop clear concepts on the challenges that are taking place in the industry.
This meeting will be held in a roundtable format to maximise the number of issues we can discuss. The forum will be underpinned by research findings from the annual four-month research based survey and assessment of the best retail financial institutions from 22 countries in the region.
Banks benefit from the programme by participating in a peer-to-peer exchange of experience on existing and emerging challenges facing the industry in today's climate of uncertainty.
The forum seeks to meet these goals, among others:

to study the implications of the latest Annual Scorecard evaluating the strength and performance ranking of all retail banks in the Asia Pacific region, and to respond to the
issues it raises. This Scorecard was developed by Asian Banker Research and forms the basis of the annual Excellence in Retail Financial Services Awards Programme. |
