Stage I: Independent Review
December/ January 2010

Each complete submission is reviewed and scored by a team of analysts. Institutions deemed eligible to proceed to the next stage are notified

Stage II: Nominee List Product/ Process/ Special/ Awards Announcement
Beginning January 2011

Based on the submissions in the product, process or special awards, our team, together with our international panel of judges, will nominate up to five candidates in each of the 22 categories.
All submissions automatically qualify for best retail bank by country |
Stage II: Interviews
Beginning January 2011

Based on the independent review, our team of analysts will interview institutions that we deem most competitive in their respective markets. Interviews will be conducted with the head of retail banking, as well as heads of product/ process groups, where applicable.

Stage IV: Selection and Notification of Award Winners

Results are made and ratified by a panel of international referees
